The Discovery Alliance and Duneland Health Council are proud to present The Early Academic Learning Program which is being offered by Debbie Rodecap, Executive Director of Barker Woods Enrichment Center.

The program is FREE to all parents of children between the ages of 2 and 5 years of age.  With the ever-increasing demand for the amount of skills children must have before entering kindergarten, it is very easy for parents to become overwhelmed when it comes to preparing their child for school.

The Early Academic Learning Program will test your child’s abilities and give you lessons to help you bring your child to the expected skill level for their age.

This is a full year program with meetings once a month.  All materials needed to assist parents with teaching their children specific skills will be provided at each meeting.  Instruction will also be given on ways to present concepts such as shapes, colors, numbers and much more.
